![]() I like Perisno a lot as well, lots of unit and faction variety and I like the various special troops in the mod as well as being able to make your own custom troops. Evil campaign is especially cool as it turns into a Saruman vs Sauron war once you deal with the good factions. Last Days of the Third Age (LOTR) is a lot of fun in my opinion. ![]() Prophesy of Pendor, was one of the first mods i played, it has a good amount of content from what i can remember. The Last Days of the Third Age, lord of the rings.ĭickplomacy Reloaded, fun vanilla friendly mod for adults. Gekokujo, my second mod, set in feudal Japan. I hope you guys act like adults one day and set aside your differences and work together instead of this childish nonsense, until then both developers can stuff it where the sun don't shine. Since foolish behavior such as this has caused the creator of AcoK to retire with 8.0 so it's more than possible it could become a better mod now the competition has been swept out of the way, but in the here and now as it currently stand, it is not. I only care which mod is better and since i have played all mods for Warband extensively since release i have my unbiased opinion. Would sum up the situation up quite nicely, not only have they lied and manipulated posts the forum and on moddb to get people to favor AWOIAF, to me that makes them no better than the creator of Clash of Kings as it stands. "I see as much misery out of those that seek to justify themselves as those who set out to do harm" The amount of work that has been put into this mod is staggering, the other GoT mods pale in comparison, the only reason this mod is not mentioned more is some people have a personal agenda against the creator, i personally don't give a flying fuck as it is their problem alone, the mod is better period, that's all i care about. Plus it gives you a better reason to get fiefs, baby rancors are pretty nuts.Ī Clash of Kings (Game of Thrones), no mod comes close to this. Star Wars Conquest is fun, glitchy, often frustrating. Personally I feel it’s outclassed by either Warsword conquest for the diversity of play and just overall play style options, or by Pendor for sheer polish and role play potential. I’ve just starting working more with Perisno, but it’s fun. Starting from a mercenary to getting your first castle and really starting to work with knights, then onto being a king and allying with the Noldor is an immensely satisfying process to me. Sure there are massive armies of elite enemies wandering around, but the rewards you get from beating them go way beyond cash and gear. But the progression in Pendor is pretty next level. Pendor is about the hardest mod I’ve played while still being fun. But I did just want to chime in on that one as well. Seen a lot of comments mentioning Pendor already.
